User Experience Options
There are so many possible uses for vending, but see below for some of the
most common and straightforward uses detailed!
Badge Scan
Users approach the machine and are prompted on the tablet display to scan their badge. After scanning, they receive a prize, optionally with a personalized message, and the machine then resets for the next user.
Data Entry
Users approach the machine and are prompted to scan a QR code with their mobile device, launching a website that users add information like their email address, optionally opt-in for future communications, or answer a question for a poll. Once confirmed as valid users, the machine dispenses the item.
Other Ideas
Gamification strategies like spin wheels, matching games, and trivia quizzes enhance engagement and educate users about our products or services.

Machine screen flips back and forth between 2 screen savers.
Once the code gets scanner, the machine will immediately dispense an item from inventory.

After filling out a webform, users are automatically sent a scannable badge. Users scan their badge at the machine. They then receive a prize, with an optional personalized message, before the machine resets.

Participants tweet a specific hashtag and
instantly receive a direct message with a
QR code. Scanning this QR code at a
designated vending machine unlocks
access to exclusive rewards.
